WINDHOEK, 03 SEP (NAMPA) – The Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Fund and the Ministry of Health and Social Services (MoHSS) on Thursday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) aimed at strengthening emergency medical response and trauma care for road crash victims. In a media statement issued on Thursday, the MVA Fund said the partnership provides a framework for collaboration in ambulance services
