WINDHOEK, 01 SEP (NAMPA) – Electricity tariffs in Windhoek increased by an average of 3.6% from Tuesday, the City of Windhoek (CoW) said, following approval by the Electricity Control Board (ECB) under the Electricity Act, 2007 (Act 4 of 2007).
